The Edge by Mystic Hair and The Salon & Spa at Mystic Hair's Associate Program is a hands on experience that provides comprehensive training in technical skills, guest handling and business skills. Our Associates work with a dedicated service provider. Our salons work on a performance based system with 4 levels. Each level has a specific skill set to master.
With each level jump, there is a raise in hourly wage and the opportunity to move to the next level. After your first month in the Associate Program, you are provided an "Opportunity Day" to service your own guests. As you complete the program, you join our styling team as a Level 1 Stylist at either Mystic Hair or The Edge Salon by Mystic Hair.
